5, heating system: using the water circulation heating mode, the temperature is controlled and displayed by the digital temperature controller. Ensure that the temperature of the head and barrel is constant.

6. Cutting device: it is made up of frame, motor and deceleration system. The cutting motor adopts the variable frequency governor to achieve stepless speed regulation, and a transmission device is installed in the lower part of the frame.

7, the use of High Definition LCD touch screen and PLC to achieve full automatic control operation.

8, using electronic feedback system communication control, automatically adjust the speed of the knife, so that the cut of the rubber to reach the required weight.
